HRIFF TICKETING at Regal L.A. Live


Regal Cinemas Box Office DOES NOT handle HRIFF Festival Ticket Sales or Check-In.


Recommended to arrive 30-45 min early when purchasing tickets for the festival.

Tickets may be purchased online or HRIFF Box Office - located at Regal / LA LIVE:

HRIFF MAIN BOX OFFICE accepts Credit Cards / Debit Cards / Will Call Ticket Pick Ups.

No Cash Sales accepted at HRIFF Main Box Office at Regal Cinemas.


HRIFF Main Box Office is open all day, starting 15min prior to first screening time, on every day the festival is showing films at that venue.


HRIFF Box Office is NOT the main Regal ticketing booth (those are located outside at the corner of Olympic and Georgia). Do not stand in that line, instead, walk inside the theatre lobby and the HRIFF Box Office will be set up inside near the lobby and concession area.

Check-in process for purchasing tickets at HRIFF at LA LIVE:

  • Go to HRIFF Box Office - located in Regal Cinemas lobby
  • Be prepared to wait in-line to purchase tickets or to pick up Will Call Tickets.
  • For popular films and events, lines may be significant.
  • Check-In at HRIFF Hospitality to be given entrance to your films specific theater.
  • Get concessions and find your way to your cinema in this very large complex.

Attending events at LA LIVE can be time consuming due to the size of the venue!

It is recommended to purchase festival tickets online with the Print-At-Home option.

Make sure to allocate enough time to:

  • Park you car
  • Visit the HRIFF Box Office
  • Check in at HRIFF Hospitality
  • Get popcorn, drinks, or other concessions
  • &
  • Find your theater, all before the listed screening start time on your ticket

When attending a movie at Regal L.A. LIVE, we recommend parking in the West Garage (Lot W) Gates E and F only, located south of Olympic Boulevard at Georgia Street and West Road.

Regal Cinemas will validate parking for ticketed guests for up to 4 hours for $8 (must show proof of Regal L.A. LIVE movie ticket for the current day to receive validation and only one validation per vehicle).

Bring your parking ticket to guest services to get it validated and then pay at the pay station.
